2. Invoice for Final Book Creation: Once the setup and training are complete, the recipient will receive an **invoice** for the final book creation (this includes the design, finalization, and printing of your custom book). The final book creation will only proceed once the **invoice is paid**.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here's what you need to know about our refund and cancellation policy:

• The **initial payment** for the prepaid setup and training is **non-refundable**. This covers the setup and training portion of the service.
